Default Dug up Badge

Other than the obvious Kings Cown on this badge do the other features suggest a date on this dug up badge.

“Manchester’s” memory is good! I’ll confirm with a little extra provenance, if you go to my albums, look in “Head Dress badges of the Royal Artillery”, page 2,
