Default SERVICE CORPS BADGE

I attach what at first look appears to be an Army service Corps badge, but instead of the intertwined ASC letters in the centre, it has the letters SC only. These are intertwined with a vertical bar with curved loops at the top, going off to the left and right. Can anyone please advise me with regard to which Corps this relates?.

Indian Army Supply and Transport Corps (1901-1923). Going by the size of the badge and the length of the slider it appears to be a pagri badge.

I think that this badge was worn by British personnel attached to this Indian Corps and is British made. It is more likely a cap badge and not for the Pagri. The slider is not really that long and such lengths are found on many British badges of the time.

Thanks for information everybody. Your help is much appreciated on here, as always. However a close examination of an example of the Indian badge reveals that the design differs significantly in that the curves atop the vertical line drop further downwards in a concave fashion. Please see https://talesfromthesupplydepot.blog...ers-cap-badge/
Cheers.
Keith.
