Default Victorian Sgts Marksman Volunteer Artillery Badge?

I picked this up recently, it was labelled as a ‘1882-1908 Sgts Marksman Volunteer Artillery Sleeve Badge’. It looks like a Lee Metford or Enfield to me….can someone enlighten me please?
