Default Capricornus question

I've seen a formation sign consisting of a brown Capricornus (half goat half fish) on a blue ground, and attributed to the 23rd (Southern) Corps. However, I can find no published (print or online) references to either the sign or the unit.

Can anyone provide details of when or if the formation existed, and if the sign was actually used? I don't own an example so can't post an illustration, I'm afraid. As ever, thanks in advance for any contributions.
