The first badge (brass wreath) monogrammed LCC is from London County Council. Sorry, don't know who wore it.

The LCC cap badge was worn by conductors of the London County Council Tramways up until the formation of London Transport in 1933 and probably for a time after that.

That type of Lovats has been cast copied but from what I can see, as pic isn’t great, it looks genuine.

The 'Scindia State' badge is an interesting one. The princely Indian state of Gwalior, whose ruler was 'the Scindia' did use the cobra as an emblem on banners and so on, but the construction of the badge is quite unueusual, IMO, for an Indian item.
The Satte Forces were disbanded or absorbed into the Indian Army in 1951, so if this badge is genuine it dates from before that period. |

It's shown in Mcclenghan and Head vol. 1. I do have one and would not mind buying if not very expensive. |

There are several versions on the Lovats, including diameter, with the antlers going up out of the circle (as yours) and within the circle, with "I", "Y", and with a diamond shaped lozenge at the bottom. But yours looks like one that I have and think its OK. Regards Phil. |
