Default Hampshire cyclist battalion

Hey

Does anyone have an opinion of what price a victory medal and war medal of a private in the 1/4th Hampshire cyclist battalion be retailing at along with the ir 2 miniature ones as well

It's to buy but dont know how much to offer

Paul’s right. https://www.longlongtrail.co.uk/army...hire-regiment/ . Although I don’t collect medals not being a cyclist battalion as originally billed that would in my opinion affect the price significantly, I’d say offer £25.

Luke,

I didnt factor in any Cyclist connection in the valuation and £25 is an unrealistic price for an Infantry Pair and a matching set of minis.

BWM's sell for £25 on their own.

You’re quite right, that’s my mistake Simon. I skim read the OP and didn’t spot it came with a WM too, misread it as just a VM with a couple miniatures.

A BWM weighs a Troy ounce? What's silver going for at the moment, about £13.50 a Troy ounce?
Thank goodness we're not back at the point of the silver
content value of a BWM being considered by many as more than its historical value.
