RAF King's Crown Collar Badges ??? - British & Commonwealth Military Badge Forum

Picked these up this morning. They have apparently come from the collection of a deceased collector who assembled his collection in the 1970s. A great many items in the collection were mint and unworn, as these appear to be. They are the same pattern as a standard RAF King's crown cap badge but much smaller, I assume that they are collar badges ? both have two lugs to the rear (East and West), £1 coin to show the scale).
Will be offered for sale once positively identified.

These are collar badges for the SNCO patrol dress, which was also worn as a mess dress. They were also worn by the Malaysian RAF Regiment buglers/trumpeters. See the attachment. Would be interested in purchasing them if price is right.
