Unlikely to be KORR with a Canadian maker. I have seen the same badge elsewhere described as a CANADIAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCES,MILITARY HEADQUARTERS STAFF CAP BADGE.

Yes it's Canadian Army. I think that there was an EVII version as well.
