The motto is that of the US V Corps:
"V Corps was a regular corps of the United States Army during World War I, World War II, Cold War, Kosovo, and War on Terrorism. It was officially inactivated on 15 September 2013 at Lucius D. Clay Kaserne, Germany" Wiki. However, the badge of V Corps doesn't seem to share any of the symbols on the triangle. I wonder if it is a family coat of arms or livery badge. |

Could it be a school badge? It seems to have an electrical, atomical and mechanical connection. I note what appears to be an Outside caliber, A left hand holding a spanner (wrench) and an electrical (or lightning) flash, super-imposed on two described orbits. An Army training school? Regards, D.J.
