Default Id?

Can anyone identify the slip-on in this lot? It is not US as indicated in the listing. (ensginferguson is a reputable Canadian dealer, well known in southern Ontario).

Interesting armband. Bill, you say it is not U.S. Do you know the country of origin?

I wonder if the DIS/LDR is in two languages. The forst part, DIS being one language and the LDR being another language translation. Bill did we not some like that in the Canadian cloth?

(BR&T) drawns another blank with me. Here are the images from the auction.

I looked...

But I couldn't find the acronyms in the Canadian Military Dictionnary...
(Français/English) (the big one and the smaller one)

Maybe you can search here :

http://www.militarywords.com/

or there :

http://www.fas.org/news/reference/lexicon/acronym.htm

Hope this helps.
