This image has the KC lined button from the previous message and a low quality QVC button with a floppy shank and back mark Extra Rich Quality. It is a pre 1891 model. The shank is uniform quality. The QVC button is around 3 grams, the KC button is 2 grams. Both are 19 mm.

I think pre 1890 floppy shank buttons are always 'other ranks' and I think the QVC button is either a fashion item or an export item for a foreign navy (e.g. Greek).
