hi can anyone date this artillery officers tunic ? no 2 on some buttons

kevin the buttons are 2nd Foot pre1881 officers tunic as silver lace Vols?
artillery is blue tunic not red

some buttons have crown +no 2 coldstream guards?? front of tunic crown and cannon
