Default What are these patches?

I will try this again for the second time, (My first post got dumped!). Can any member tell me what these arm flashes belong to? I traded the shield shaped patch with an exchange Officer at CFB Borden many years ago but cannot remember what branch of service he was. I believe he came from the former Yugoslavia. When I find what they are, they will be offered to members on a trade basis. If you go to my albums, there are a few more cloth pieces for trade. Thank you. David J.
