Three badges help needed
1. RND. Looks fake to me, lugs look new.
2. London Rifle Brigade. No idea if it's good or not. 3. RAF. Are they now white a/a? Looks to have been blackened at some time. Any help appreciated. John |

Not the expert, but I agree he RND is a fake. The first thing I see wrong is the flat bottom to the crown.
The RAF badge might be a bandsman's badge as they wear white metal badges, but why it was blackened I can't say?? Can't comment on the other badge. Terry |

London Rifles is a fake, sorry to say, genuine ones should have voids between the cadet scroll.
I think the RAF is just a very pale gold

Thanks people, much as I thought, however the RAF badge is definitely white.
I have had similar conversations on this forum about Gaunt white RA cap badges and collars. Assume it was blackened for active service, maybe NI Cheers John |

1 Sqn RAF Regiment still do and some older RAF Police units (nuclear security & dog handlers) used to wear blackened beret badges.
Could be one of those. Bill
