Default Irish Guards bullion

I'm not sure what these are, I'm guessing the middle is an Officers cap star ?

Left H 68mm W 68mm
Middle H 42mm W 42mm
Right H 38mm W 38mm

I am thinking for mounted officers shabraques. The smaller stars appear to be the rank stars for the shabraque in certain orders of dress; whilst the larger one for another order of dress.

The larger badge is certainly a shabraque. The two smaller stars are of the post war pattern originally used on Officers Mess Dress (where other ranks wear a silver wire shamrock).
However, because these stars are smaller than the official 'officers wire cap badges' the mess dress stars were a popular alternative.
Another case of Officers being 'gucci' with kit and not following rules.

As demonstrated here Andy.

Note the flat bottomed shamrock without a stalk.

Cheers,
Sean

Yes - they're unofficial and available on ebay.
