Wiltshire title and 43rd patch

I have a battledress 1942 of Wiltshire and 43rd division.

I'm not a specialist in british battledress normaly, I'm a american jacket collector.

So, the question is... The patches are original or Fake?

You can ask me more photo or everything you need.
