ID Please, Royal Navy/RNXS other?

Hi All,
Grateful if anyone could identify this one for me, found in my Dad's possessions (recently passed). Possibly Royal Navy or Auxiliary Service?

It is Royal Navy, forming part of the NATO NORLANT (North Alantic Command) and would have been worn on the breast, much like fob badges.

I would think this is/was worn by staff at the NORLANT HQ, which was at Pitrevie, Rosyth, Scotland.
