Default Oxs & Bucks Buckinghamshire Battalion w/m

Can anyone tell me if the w/m Buckinghamshire Battalion badge I show below is correct.

It is the w/m strike that I see on a regular basis, but unfortunately the mute swan device is as unswan like as one can imagine. Perhaps more akin to a heron on stilts.

I have three Bucks badges, two being black, one of which is (dare I say it) on a Lambourne slider and the other being an unmarked FN. These I'm not concerned about, but would like to marry them up with the w/m if I can.

Any thoughts on the w/m one?
Mark

The only Bucks Bn badges I have been confident to buy have been an FN and a Woodward. I also recognize a flatter version that I once had on a FS cap so take that to have been WWII. I don't have knowledge of the WM version shown. Regards, Paul. PS can I see your Lambourne mark- I can't make it out in your picture. Regards, Paul.

It looks absolutely fine, to me.

Thanks Phil for the opinion.

Paul a not so very clear shot of the mark for you. I didn't have good natural light when I took it unfortunately. I don't collect variant badges to specific manufacturers, so only have two Lambourne marked sliders in my whole collection and both of these are on TA badges. This one and a 6th King's Liverpool. I assumed both badges were around the WWII era.
