Can anyone positively caption the rank badge on the right?
The left-hand badge is Private 3-Star, 1963 on, but I'm unsure of the other.

They are both private 3-star (i.e. a fully trained private) just different construction and/or manufacturer in my opinion

Thanks for that. Ranks are identical but Stars appear totally different, possibly a newer or older time frame than 1963 pattern, or even meant for wear on a specific uniform? Would there be sealed patterns?
