Confirmation on these 2

Sorting through some badges I've had lying around for a while, and though I'm pretty sure these 2 are OK I was hoping someone who knows them better can give them the thumbs up

Isle Of Wight Rifles - blackened with the middle tower lower, (as I seem to remember reading was a good sign?) and 1,2 and 3 Buckingham Battalions

Hi not to sure about buckingham badges but think they are ok pretty sure i.o.w rifles is fine
