Default Diabolo Mystery Continues...

Dear All,
I'm currently picking my way through the various WWII diabolos and am stuck as to whether the 21st Army Tank Brigade was actually yellow or blue! I initially went with Coles version that it was yellow, but I now have doubts.
I note with interest the continued confusion with the 2nd pattern 'Gremlin' version (blue diabolo) which still divides many.
I see a well known Canadian seller on a well know on-line auction site currently has several ATB diabolo versions for sale, including what looks like a painted yellow 21st ATB version on BD.
Can anyone assist as to whether 21st ATB was yellow (Cole) or blue, as I now believe it may have been from discussing the matter with fellow collectors.
Ken

Hi Ken, as Mike mentions it was discussed in this thread - https://www.britishbadgeforum.com/fo...hlight=Brigade - I’ve had another read of With Churchill’s To War and it is pretty convincing that they used dark blue from 1940 to 1944 when they changed to the Gremlin. With the detail Peter Gudgin goes into in other areas it seems so unlikely he’d omit a kerfuffle over a short lived yellow badge.
