South African or British Artillery Collar

All, does anyone know if the following white metal artillery collar was ever worn by South African forces or is it British.

Its not WM, its been plated.

Its a RA Officers OSD collar badge, British.

I think I've got one of these somewhere, not plated and there's a couple of small stamp marks at the top of the grenade.
