Unknown British Cap Badge OTC? VTC?

Any information regarding the identity of this cap badge welcome! Don’t know if it’s an OTC, VTC or something totally different!

Hi Paul, The badge is item number 1997 in Military Badges of the British Empire 1914-1918 by Reginald Cox.

However your badge is missing a wreath which also has the school title at the bottom.

I have found incidents where OTC removed the OTC scrolls when they became JTC/CCFs.
