Default Help Identifying 4 buttons

Hi All,

I've recently picked up a box of buttons, and there are 4 designs within that I could do with some help identifying, each image is labelled to match this post:

1) I don't think this one is military, possibly from some sort of airline, given it depicts a bird? There's no markings on the reverse
2) No clue what CBL stands for, perhaps the latter two are "British Legion"? Maker marked "W Dowler & Sons"
3) Assuming this one is Royal Artillery, although I can't find a similar example on the forum. It is maker marked, but it's that faded it's illegible besides "DD".
4) Highland Light Infantry with QVC, I'm just looking for confirmation on this one. As I'm assuming it's quite old/rare given the crown. Maker marked with "EXTRA SUPERB"

3. Royal Regiment of Artillery, possibly for Mess Dress.

Thanks Marc, have you got/seen other similar bi-metal buttons for the RA?

Yes. If it is flat then it is for a Blazer, if domed for Mess Dress, if very small for a Cap.

Marc
It's only 13mm across, so I'd say that it's the smaller version
