Can anyone identify either or both of these please ?

Thanks in advance.

Dave.

Hi Dave

The first is a WWII South African Railways and Harbours Brigade (R&HB) cap badge.

Regards

With nearly 8,000 members, I'm surprised that not one person can even hazard a guess at what my second unidentified badge could be.

Dave.

My hazardous guess would be RP = Railways Police?

Craigen is correct. These badges have been the subject of identification prior to now on this site.

Hi Glyn,

I'm trying to sell them for a friend !

If you tell me what they are, I can go into our search engine but being as thick as me, I cannot research something I know nothing about ??

Kindest regards.

Dave.

Thanks John ( Tinto ),

I will make a start with your suggestion !!

Thanks to both of you.

Dave.

At least you're certain over the first one now mate. Be calm though. More people have tried to solve the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle and they're still no wiser.

Hi Dave

I did some looking yesterday. I found one for sale on a South African auction site. He didn't have a description of what it was other than what is seen on the badge. But.....maybe one being in that vicinity might of world might be a clue on origin maybe.

I did try though.

Cheers

Simon.
