Default Interesting Motorcycle Despatch Rider Patch

Hi Chaps,

I recently picked up a nice well worn Motor Cycle Despatch Rider (unofficial) sleeve patch that I thought I would share.

The basic design is of a pattern that is often seen, however this example stands out as it has a yellowish gold detail to some areas of the weave that I have not previously seen. This patch came out of Canada, so may have been manufactured there.

Anyway not revolutionary but just out of the ordinary enough I thought it may be of interest.

Cheers,

Roy

Could it be "Guards" colours?

Hi Rob,

That's a thought that didn't cross my mind.

Cheers,

Roy

Good call Rob, I recently got caught out and bought a Guards colours badge by mistake at Stoneleigh Fair. Blast!
