Default Badge lot
I managed to pick up a bulk lot of navy patches. They seem to be unissued and have a stock number on them. They are a kinda thin linen canvas construction. I don't collect navy items so if any of you RCN collectors need any of these badges send me a PM and we can trade for Canadian army insignia or badges.

These are all Royal Navy badges from the 1960-70's period Jim,

Thanks for dating these for me.I guess if i'd have read yuor article a little closer i'd have seen that there is no maple leaf on these queens ceown badges and therefore british navy. Learn something every day on this forum.... thanks

Jim the RCN rate badges prior to 1950 were identical to the RN badges. The maple leaf came in in '49-'50.

I have asked the moderator to move these posts to the RN badge section as I wish to keep continuity in this RCN Rate badge thread. It is my intention to work thru all of the post '50 RCN rate badges eventually,
