Default R.A.M.C. XIII Corps or BETFOR?

A 1940 Pattern battledress blouse in my collection sports the insignia of a R.A.M.C. Lieutenant Colonel serving with the XIII Corps or - more likely - with the BETFOR in Free Territory of Trieste, 1945-1954. I am wondering whether is there any way to tell the XIII Corps sign from the BETFOR one: "leaping" versus "prancing" gazelle? black hooves and eye? Or are all these details completely negligible? Could be the R.A.M.C. titles theater made? Thank you in advance for your advise, gents!

There is no difference in the sign but there are many variations. The absence of an arm of service strip which was abolished in 1946 makes it more likely that this BETFOR.
