One suggestion- Australian Flying Corps:
https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=au...0O7_MtCAsycMM: See halfway down page in link. I seem to recall an article on WW1 Australian Flying insignia in an MHS Bulletin in the 1970`s which might have shown a title like this but I cannot find the article at the moment. P.B.

MHS Bulletin February 1976 pages 84-86 "Australian Flying Corps and Central Flying School " by Robert Gray- see picture attached.
Similar title to the one in the thread but of course AFC might have been the shoulder title of other units. P.B.

Definitely Australian Flying Corps, a rare and interesting title. The CFS badges and especially the title, are even rarer
