Default French Garde Nationale helmet plates m/1812 genuine?

These are 3 French Garde Nationale helmet plates model 1812.

I think they are genuine, but their quality is so poor.
However, they are from 2 different dies, which makes me think they are genuine. Over time they have been painted.

All reproductions and helmet plates I have seen being sold are much better quality.

Can I have the forum's opinion?
