Might be the other way round? But certainly in the UK there is not / has'nt been a registered state nurse! the old gradings were EN = Enrolled Nurse , ENG = Enrolled Nurse General, and SRN - State Registered Nurse. Later the gades were combined and they became RGNs = Registered Nurse General. Must admit I dont know what the latest lable is though?

Thanks, Wife sais you are correct [ex nurse]. I have a feeling ive seen this badge before but cant place it, Wonder if there is a naval connection?
