The patch with the saltire & lion is Royal Regiment of Scotland.

Top left (subdued) and below that of the same design, I believe is the 42nd (North and West) Infantry Brigade.
Then, the tricolour badge directly under the above is RAMC, JFS, Afghanistan. Top middle, RN Chaplain slip-on, maybe? To the right of that is RTR, then under that JFS Afghanistan HQ perhaps and finally what looks like a version of the 1st (Armoured) Division? That might give you some basis of a vague clue before someone more savvy responds - I’m bored at work ;-) Marcus |

The slip-on badge consisting of a white rectangle on navy blue IS a Royal Navy badge but not worn by Chaplains. It is worn by Officer Cadets.
