Default WW1 Welsh

I'm assuming the cap badge was an Officer's pre-1920 but lugs have been installed?

Why isn't it a 1903-post1920 collar badge? See Churchill Fig. 1140.

The intial 1902 Service Dress collar badge was described as 'as for the forage cap, but in bronze'.

It's a collar badge. They are the same size as the cap badges.
