Hong Kong Volunteer Derence Corps Badge and Cane Top.
Hello Gentlemen,
13646776_10154261389607464_2110966553_o.jpg 13621598_10154261389582464_868126004_o.jpg 13588995_10154261389647464_985403426_o.jpg 13632734_10154261389772464_1263228616_o.jpg 13632635_10154261389822464_82434949_o.jpg I recently acquired these two items, and was wondering what type of headgear the badge with the backing was intended to be mounted on, and how was the cane constructed? Or, is it a cane head at all? Thank You Wes Doyel |

It's certainly a cane head.
Different regts used different canes - black wood or bamboo was common. being in the Far East either would be an option for the HKVDC. |
