Hello Troops
Just want to let members of this forum, mainly Australian and New Zealander members that I just placed an ad on Gumtree for World War 2 magazines and binders for sale. I had a reply within 2 hours saying that they wanted the mags and were happy with the price, and they would have a courier pick them up. If I had a Paypal account please give them the details if I did not have an account please send my banking details my BSB and Account etc.
They stated that he was working on a gas rig in the Taranaki Basin on the Kapo Project and wanted the order delivered before he got home. They wanted me to send them the courier costs and they would reimburse me.
This scam has been going on for a long while, just type in Kapo Project and see how many people have replied on Paypal page.

Hello Terry, we have the same Gumtree scam here, but with North Sea oil rigs. I just delete as a matter of course
