I'm afraid not tarabelle the prison service is the only service I know that as never had a book done on it's badges although there were a few sheets put out on some of its buttons which also including a few colonial / commonwealth ones .It was titled Prison and Colonial Buttons published by Howard Ripley and Denis Darmanin many years ago the buttons were shown as drawn examples,I believe sometimes examples have also appeared in other button magazines.
It did not include an example of your button. It is only my collecting and experience that I can say it is an Irish pre 1922 prison button.
