Default 20 HUSSARS - WW1 or not

Hi,
In 1914, a soldier of the 20th Hussars was killed in my village.
I want to buy this badge. But I want a badge worn during the WW1.
This item is for sale on Ebay. It could be worn during WW1?
Thank you for your help
Best regards
Bernard

John,
two things worry me about your badge, firstly it is in Wm (?) and secondly the right-hand bar which join the "X's" to the "H" is thinner than the other, both attributes found on reproduction badges!

Best regards

Andy
