Pagri Badge?

I have had this in my "????" box for a while now. It came with approx 12 other pagri badges, which I have identified. However, I cannot find any details on this one.
Can anyone identify who this belonged to.

I thought it might be Queens Own Nigeria Regiment but that's just a very wild guess
