Default slashed cuffs

I would appreciate help in identifying this pair of r.f.u. cuffs.
There are traces of red felt on the underlay and my first option was for a RMLI officer, however there is no lace beneath the white piping. Could it perhaps be from a Band tunic?

All comments welcomr.
