--WW II crystal clear Home Front studio portraits. Particularly interested in NFS and Home Guard portraits. Bonus paid for a NFS studio portrait with a numbered helmet being worn.

--WW II crystal clear Australian, British, Canadian and New Zealand patched studio portraits.

Possibly Grenadier Guards if that's a crown above garter enclosing royal cypher.

Whatever the outcome, this has to be the first time in history that the Grenadier Guards have been mistaken for the Women's Land Army (or vice versa)!

Any chance of a good closeup of the button (probably not).
I had wondered at first if the photo was of the POW, but thought not. If it is him then it could be GG.
I'm not up to trying to figure out the medal ribbons.

And now I've just searched for POW in GG uniform photos - here he is with legs on the Italian Front.....

I did wonder if it was him, the Prince of Wails, Whining and Whingeing. So the Womens Land Army was not that far out after all.
