Default Need help with these ones

Gents,

Have had these in my collection for a while now but don't know anything about them. I think they are French.

Any ideas??

Hello Bill,yes all are french army badges, what you have here is; #1, 81eme Regiment d'Infanterie (81st Infantry Regt.).
#2, 57eme Regiment d'Infanterie (57th Inf.Regt.)
#3, ???????
#4, 8eme Regiment d'Infanterie (8th Inf.Regt.)
#5, 8eme Regiment de Transmissions (8th Signals Regiment)
#6, 45eme Regiment d'Infanterie (45th Inf.Regt.)

As Daverpol has already posted #3 looks like a Foreign Legion badge, heres one similar lifted from 'Military Collectables'.

Hi Bill, this is the badge for the 24eme Regiment d'Infanterie (24th Infantry Regt.)
As for the flaming grenade badge, I doubt very very much it's a Foreign Legion badge. All FL badge have the combination two colours red & green, never red & blue.

Many thanks once again for helping out with that one. I have been looking at the other blue/red badge and it tends to resemble the Belgian Gendarmerie badges. I'll have to try that line of inquiry.
