Recruiter
Although traditionally worn by a Recruiting Sergeant, as a badge of appointment the crossed flags with crown above is worn by any rank from Corporal to WO1 on recruiting duties.
Here is an example on a dpm rank slide for a 9th/12th Lancer recruiter. Tim
