Default Royal Engineers - Acting Superintendent Inspector of Works

Hi all,

A quick question, what kind of cap badge and insignia had RE Acting Superintendent Inspector of Works over period of 1885-1918?
Did they had regular RE cap badge?

Many thanks,

Phaethon
