Default Memories of a vintage Anti Tank Weapon

These pictures were all taken at Sennelager in December 1984.At this time with the roll out of Milan five years or so before I would think the only Infantry Bns using Wombat belonged to Berlin Infantry Brigade.R Hamps[Us] PWO & 3 RRF.It probably explained why we always had lots of Ammo to send down the range. As old as it was you always felt that what ever you fired at it would stop it.
Regards Gary

In 1982 at least 6 Wombats & Ammo were loaded on the MV Elk as well as some on the Cambra for the Falklands and returned unloaded & unused after the war!

I've just been watching Spearhead online. A Puma I can recognise but is that a Wombat slung under it? Regards, Paul.
