Default Para wings on Brown

Hello! What do you think about this patch? It is correct to be sewn on brown? Thank you!

Looks like this one? If so is the current issue for the No2 Dress which was renewed in a browner shade from about 2011/2012. Badges now have a brown rather than a khaki backing.

Tim, You never cease to amaze me with your collection and knowledge. In looking at the referenced album I see a Medical Assistant patch on the new brown, so am adding one of those to my want list. Being a current issue I am hoping not going ot be a tough one to find.

Thanks for sharing,

Terry

PS - The US Army also has adopted a new dress uniform, going back to a variation of the WW2 Pinks and Greens. Talk about retro!!! But that was the sharpest uniform we ever had, plus the Marine full dress.
