I noticed during a search that Gloucester aircraft company rented premises in Cheltenham during the First Word War, hence this could be Glocestershire / Cheltenham (Aircraft) Company.

It is also worthwhile checking Sally Bosleys site on Aviation Aircraft Manufacturers, I notice one badge has identical wings,
