Default Royal Navy patch ???

Picked up this RN patch 44mm x 60mm today at Purbrook, Hants small fair.
Question is-Royal Navy or Sea Cadets etc???

Default Royal Navy patch ???

It's certainly not a Sea Cadet patch. The Sea Cadets do not use the White Ensign as they are not officially part of the Royal Navy. Don't recognise it as an official RN badge either. Probably some commemorative or souvenir patch.
