The Free Norwegian forces in exile in the UK used British para wings in WWII, as they had para trained Commandos and the SOE related Kompani Linge and also the Norwegian Independent Parachute Company. Their veterans continued their use in the Norwegian Army after 1945, although the Norwegians later evolved their own design of wing.

I have an identical bullion wing which was described as being Norwegian immediate post war and I had no reason to doubt that description as I got it from a trusted source, along with many other definitely Norwegian wings, about 25 years ago. Photographs of Norwegian officers immediately after WWII confirm the continued use of the British style wings.

Info most probably comes out of Bragg & Turner. Have a look at B&T 1, 409.
