Our Bulgarian friends...
Looks like our Bulgarian badge faking friends are now selling their copies from a UK account on eBay.
Link Check out the Aussie badge copies. Not sure about the coins and other items but the colours are wrong and also the wrong lugs on most of these badges but the front and back look very well struck in most cases. Mick

Are the badges ALL wrong? Are there any genuine ones there? The maker marked rising suns I'm particularly interest in. Best regards, Mike

ps I have a small collection of rising suns and like to pick them up when I can. I'd always assumed maker's marks were good. That's why it worries me. Mike Last edited by mojob123; 15-03-18 at 11:07 AM. Reason: afterthought |

Mike, as Mick pointed out, they are all fakes, especially the rising suns with maker marks. Lugs and finish are stand-outs, the lack of voiding in the crown arches is another, particularly on the post WW2 AUSTRALIAN MILITARY FORCES example they are trying to pass off as WW1. Keith
