Default regiment identification

I am looking for some help with the correct regiment identification. WW1 Scottish Horse seems to make sense for the pic where he is standing, although when he is on the Horse the Peaked Cap badge does not seem to be in-line with Scottish Horse, could it be that one pic was in 1915 and one was in 1919 and by then he changed regiments? it is hard to make out but the standing pic collar badge seems to have the lower cross and outline of the scottish horse badge, although the Peaked Cap badge looks more like royal artillery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First photo is definately Royal Artillery. Probably a Territorial one judging from what I can see of his shoulder title.

Cant make out collars on the other but NOt Royal Artillery any more.

regards
